We are partnering with a growing national healthcare organisation to recruit an experienced Healthcare / Allied Health Recruiter for a 6 month contract based in St Leonards, Sydney. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced and collaborative team, supporting the recruitment of clinical professionals across Australia during an exciting period of growth. You will play a key role managing high volume recruitment across allied health and healthcare positions, working closely with hiring managers to support workforce expansion across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities • Manage end to end recruitment across allied health and healthcare roles • Advertise roles, screen candidates and coordinate interviews • Manage candidate pipelines and maintain strong candidate engagement • Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs • Manage candidate experience, offers and onboarding processes • Support ongoing workforce growth across the organisation About You • Previous experience recruiting within healthcare or allied health • Experience working in agency or internal recruitment • Comfortable managing high volume recruitment and multiple vacancies • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills • Able to work in a fast paced and evolving environment What’s on Offer • 6 month contract opportunity • $40-$45 per hour super • Based in St Leonards, Sydney • Join a growing national organisation in the healthcare sector If you have experience recruiting within healthcare or allied health and are available for an upcoming contract opportunity, we would love to hear from you.
