This is an exciting opportunity to work with a trusted name in insurance while contributing meaningfully to the continued success of our business. You'll manage an established portfolio of SME and Commercial clients and play a key role in driving new business growth across the SME and mid-market sectors.
What You'll Do
In this influential role, you will be at the forefront of delivering expert advisory services and bespoke insurance solutions to a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic Client Advisory – Serve as a knowledgeable and trusted advisor, offering tailored insurance advice that supports the evolving needs of SME and Commercial clients across varied industries.
* Business Development – Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities through relationship-building, networking, and a deep understanding of client objectives.
* Solution Design & Delivery – Craft and present comprehensive insurance strategies that are customised, competitive, and aligned with each client's risk profile and business goals.
* Client Relationship Management – Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consistent communication, high-touch service, and a commitment to client success.
* Internal Collaboration – Partner with internal teams, including underwriting and operations, to ensure seamless delivery and service excellence at every touchpoint.
