**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Manager with proven experience in overseeing large-scale commercial construction projects.
Key responsibilities include:
· Overseeing all day-to-day site operations for the Darwin Civic Centre project, ensuring smooth coordination of trades and resources.
· Monitoring site progress to ensure timely completion and resolving any on-site issues.
· Collaborating with the Construction Manager to maintain an efficient, safe, and productive work environment.
· Ensuring subcontractor availability and managing effective scheduling to maximise site productivity.
· Reviewing building practices and implementing improvements to ensure quality and efficiency.
· Enforcing compliance with health, safety, and quality standards on-site.
· Leading and supervising the on-site team, fostering a positive and collaborative culture.
