Job Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Leasing Specialist to drive our commercial leasing strategy and secure high-quality tenants for our growing property portfolio.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Market and promote available commercial properties to potential clients
* Showcase properties to interested parties, negotiating leasing terms and agreements
* Manage the end-to-end leasing process, from initial client engagement to lease execution
* Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities
* Collaborate with the property management team to maximise the value of our commercial properties
* Provide regular performance reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of our leasing processes
* Requirements:
* A proven track record in commercial real estate leasing, with a minimum of 3–5 years’ experience
* A strong understanding of the local commercial property market and industry trends
* Excellent negotiation and customer service skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships
* Proactive and self-motivated, with a results-driven approach to securing high-quality tenants
* Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
* Relevant tertiary qualifications in real estate or a related field
