About you: In your new role you will: * Exercise independent clinical judgement and more complex decision making in areas such as psychosocial assessments; short and long term case management; counselling; crisis intervention for a broad range of clinical presentations. * Provide a leadership role in the clinical assessment and intervention planning for service recipients from a Social Work and multidisciplinary team perspective, ensuring timely identification of client's needs, service provision, and transition/discharge planning within the work unit. * Lead and manage staff by fostering and committing to patient safety and quality in the delivery of health care by maintaining and evaluating safety and quality practices and inititiatives.
