Jack Beer – OT Team Lead Join our small, close-knit team servicing the Northern Gold Coast with a balanced 50/50 adult and paediatric caseload (and flexibility to go heavier on paeds, depending on your interests).
You'll be supported by a Senior OT who offers onsite supervision and work alongside a multidisciplinary team including 3 OTs, speech pathologists, PBS practitioners and a physio.
We're currently based in Helensvale but are moving to a brand new office/clinical space in Arundel.
The caseload includes some complex physical support clients, with extra support available as needed.
We support NDIS participants in-clinic and within the community.
Day-to-day you will:Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beachBuild enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.
