The Role:
* Prospecting for new clients and opportunities.
* Assessment of stock.
* Working at the weekly cattle sale drafting stock, selling stock, and coordinating stock through the sale yard process.
* Negotiate private sales between buyers & sellers.
* Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
* Identify client needs and proactively respond with advice and direction in relation to marketing /selling/buying of stock.
* Whether licensed as an auctioneer or wish to learn how - perform this role.
* Conduct and assist with clearing sale auctions.
* Take pride in your work and your appearance.
* A passion for sales and excellent stockmanship.
To be successful you will:
* Have a current stock and station agents and auctioneer license or a demonstrated willingness to obtain the necessary qualifications.
* Be immaculately presented and well groomed.
* Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Possess a strong work ethic.
* Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
* Hold and maintain a current and clean driver's license.
