Senior Records Management Officer
The role plays a key part in supporting the delivery of high-quality records management services across the organisation. You'll be working in a collaborative environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and exceptional customer service.
This exciting role will involve supervising, leading, and mentoring the trainee records management officer. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert and escalation point for complex records management enquiries.
* Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to approved processes and KPIs.

* Conduct quality audits and allocate resources to meet fluctuating workloads.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Tertiary qualifications in records/information management or equivalent, and/or relevant experience.
* A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service in a high-volume environment.
* Proven ability to lead and develop staff to meet performance targets.
This position provides competitive remuneration, commencing salary set in line with skills and experience with annual reviews available to support movement through the salary range.
* 12 percent superannuation.
