About the Role
My Angel Care is seeking an experienced and motivated NDIS Manager to join our growing start-up team in Kurri Kurri. This casual role is ideal for someone who is passionate about community impact and business growth, and who thrives in a hands-on environment.
You will play a key role in expanding our NDIS services, driving business development, ensuring compliance, and overseeing internal operations to support high-quality service delivery to participants.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage NDIS audits, reporting, documentation, and organisational policies
* Develop and implement strategic business development plans to grow the NDIS client base
* Build and maintain strong relationships with NDIS participants, families, carers, and stakeholders
* Deliver high-quality customer service and ongoing support to NDIS clients
* Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
* Contribute to operational improvements and overall organisational growth
About You
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or management—preferably within the NDIS or disability services sector
* Strong understanding of the NDIS framework and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and long-term relationships
* Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify growth opportunities
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for supporting people with disability
* Relevant qualifications in health, social services, disability, or business (desirable)
* At least 3 year experience in a similar role
