We're looking for a Dynamics 365 / Power Automate Developer to take ownership of development, automation, and integration across a growing Microsoft ecosystem. This is a hands‐on role with real scope to shape solutions and improve business‐critical systems.
The Role
This is a developer‐led position focused on building, enhancing, and integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
You'll be responsible for:
* Developing and customising solutions within Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Automate
* Designing and building workflows, plugins, and automation to improve business processes
* Supporting integrations across systems and ensuring performance, stability, and security
* Troubleshooting issues across flows, connectors, and system performance
* Working closely with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions
* Driving continuous improvements across the platform and user experience
What You'll Bring
* Strong experience developing within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power Automate)
* Solid background in .NET and Java development
* Experience building integrations and working across complex environments
* Knowledge of customisation, plugins, workflows, and automation tools
* Strong problem‐solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance
* Ability to work closely with business stakeholders and deliver practical solutions
Nice to Have
* Experience with scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript, Python)
* Exposure to AI or automation tools
* Microsoft certifications across Dynamics or Power Platform
