About the Role
In this Accounts Receivable role, you will be responsible for managing the full AR process and ensuring accurate and timely billing. You will work with a close-knit finance team and use
Oracle NetSuite
daily, so prior NetSuite experience is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable functions
Process customer invoices, payments, and reconciliations using
NetSuite
Maintain customer accounts and follow up overdue payments
Prepare AR ageing reports and account statements
Respond to customer queries and provide excellent service
Support month-end processes and assist with general accounts tasks
Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely billing
About You
Proven experience in an Accounts Receivable role
High attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a small, collaborative team
Strong organisational and time-management skills
