Support Worker – Adult & Children's Services

Responsibilities
* Assisting clients of all ages with personal care, daily living skills, and emotional support.
* Planning and attending appointments, school activities, or social outings to foster skill development and inclusion.
* Providing a safe, nurturing environment for children while empowering adults to maintain independence.
* Completing daily case notes, incident reports, and essential administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
* Experience: Relevant experience in a care or support role. We particularly encourage applications from people with lived experience and those who identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander.
* Licensing: A current NSW Driver's Licence and a willingness to drive.
* Safety & Compliance: A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, a paid Working with Children Check (WWCC), an NDIS Workers Check (NDISWC), and willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
* Flexibility: Availability to work across a 24/7 roster, including mornings, evenings, and sleep‐over shifts.
Compensation & Benefits
* Competitive Pay – Base rate of $34.58 â $37.73/hr, plus casual/shift loadings (SCHADS Award) and 12% super.
