About the Role
You will be responsible for developing and delivering the centre marketing strategy to drive sales, traffic and community engagement. This is a hands-on role managing the marketing budget, executing campaigns and building strong retailer and community relationships in a collaborative, results focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and calendar for the centre
* Manage the marketing budget and report on campaign performance and ROI
* Deliver integrated campaigns, activations and promotional events
* Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, tenants and local stakeholders
* Lead digital and social media activity including content creation and engagement
* Analyse sales, traffic and market trends to inform strategy
Skills and Experience
* Experience in retail or commercial property marketing, or a related field
* Strong digital and social media capability
* Ability to interpret data and report on performance
* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
