Technical Engineering Officer
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee applications for works within the road reserve.
* Ensure compliance with engineering standards and specifications.
* Inspect and assess assets to update management systems and processes.
Additionally, this role will create a suitable works program, including management of applications for works and ensuring compliance with Council's engineering specifications.
The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and be able to work independently, as well as collaboratively with other departments.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide high-quality customer service.
A background in engineering or a related field is highly desirable, with relevant experience in asset management and infrastructure development an advantage.
