What's the role all about?
In this role, you'll be responsible for leading the largest flagship store in Victoria Through clear leadership and strong operational discipline, you will drive commercial success while fostering a high-performing team culture. The store operates at a high volume, so we're looking for someone who can balance priorities, coach on the floor, and maintain impeccable standards.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a large, multi-level retail team to exceed sales and KPI targets.
- Drive commercial outcomes through exceptional customer service and client relationship building.
- Coach and develop team members with regular feedback, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
- Manage all store operations with precision, including stock control, visual merchandising, and compliance.
