About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to manage a high-quality residential property portfolio while providing professional, reliable and attentive service to both landlords and tenants.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing an established residential property portfolio
* Communicating professionally with tenants and landlords
* Coordinating property maintenance, repairs and inspections
* Completing general administration and file management tasks
* Ensuring compliance and accuracy across all documentation
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 12 months of experience as a Property Manager
* A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
You will also bring:

* Ability to work independently and within a close-knit team
