We're looking for a full-time Commercial Pool Service Technician to join our Sunshine Coast team and help keep Sunshine Coast's pools looking crystal clear. You'll be on the road five days a week, servicing everything commercial (Hotel's, Swim Centres, Strata Complexes and more)

Whether you're already in the trade or just a practical legend who learns quickly, this role is perfect for someone who wants to work with their hands, chat with customers, and enjoy being outdoors.
What You'll Be Doing (aka: Stuff You'll Get Paid For)
* Have the ability to manage a team of commercial pool technicians as the business grows
* Servicing commercial pools across Gold Coast
* Testing and balancing water with our easy-to-use gear
* Troubleshooting equipment and swapping out faulty parts
* Installing new pool gear like pumps, filters, and chlorinators
* Keeping detailed notes and job records
* Helping with pool product sales and gear upgrades
What You'll Need to Bring
* MUST HAVE SOLID POOL EXPERIENCE
* Minimum 1-2 years of commercial pool experience required
* A valid Aussie driver's licence (manual is a big plus)
* Solid English communication skills – verbal and written
* A bit of initiative and the ability to work independently
* Physical fitness and a willingness to get your hands dirty
* Must have valid Australian work rights through citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
