We're seeking an experienced SSIS Developer/Data Migration Specialist to lead a critical data migration from OutSystems (SQL Server) to Microsoft Dynamics 365. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on ownership, autonomy, and delivering complex migration outcomes.
What You'll Do
* Take full ownership of the data migration process end-to-end
* Analyse existing OutSystems data and map it to the new D365 model
* Design and develop SSIS packages for transformation and loading
* Define and execute data mapping, validation, and reconciliation
* Troubleshoot issues and refine migration logic as needed
* Collaborate with stakeholders while operating largely independently
What We're Looking For
* Strong SSIS and SQL Server experience
* Proven track record in end-to-end data migration
* Experience with Dynamics 365 data models (highly desirable)
* Expertise in data mapping, transformation, and validation
* Methodical approach to data quality and reconciliation
* Self-directed, confident, and able to work independently
* Bonus: exposure to OutSystems environments
