St Hilda's School is owned by the Diocese of Brisbane and the School Council is appointed by the Archbishop in Council. The major functions of the School Council are the appointment of the School Principal, the fixing of the annual budget and the fixing of school policy. The Principal, in the role of Chief Executive Officer is responsible for the day-to-day running of the School. All staff are responsible for carrying out their duties.

The role encompasses activities within the following key areas:
Director of Operations and Operations Manager Executive Support
Operational Leadership Team Support (Finance, Human Resources and Facilities, Enrolments and Marketing)
Project Management
Reporting and Compliance
**Qualifications**:
Minimum of 5 years' experience as an Executive Assistant (or similar executive administrative role), in a School or dynamic corporate environment
Current Paid Blue Card (or willing to obtain)
Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent highly desirable
Typing speed minimum 70wpm
Demonstrated project management experience
Experience within the education environment and working with associated school management and software systems highly regarded
Possess an in-depth knowledge of the relevant legislative requirements within an education facility and the policies and procedures in order to remain compliant
