You will ensure care delivery aligns with Accreditation Standards, legislative requirements, and best practice, while maintaining optimal occupancy levels and financial sustainability.You will work closely with our centralised Support Centre team, who will provide expert guidance in Clinical Care, Client Services, AN-ACC, Quality & Risk, HR, Finance, and more.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all aspects of daily operations across the facilityEnsure high-quality, person-centered care aligned with resident needs and preferencesMaintain compliance with Aged Care legislation and Accreditation StandardsMaximise AN-ACC funding and maintain strong occupancyDevelop, manage, and lead a capable and engaged workforceOversee ancillary services such as cleaning, laundry, catering, maintenance, and gardeningSupport residents’ daily living needs and wellbeing, including direct care when requiredProvide social and emotional support to residents and familiesParticipate in emergency management and be available outside regular hours when requiredWhat We’re Looking ForProven leadership experience in Aged Care or health servicesStrong understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and legislative complianceAbility to manage budgets, staffing, and occupancy targets effectivelyDemonstrated ability to build relationships with residents, families, staff, and external stakeholdersExcellent organisational and decision-making skillsCommitment to quality care and continuous improvementAbility to work flexibly including after-hours when requiredKey Personnel Suitability: This is a designated “Key Personnel” position under the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission Rules 2018.
