Key Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist with the Marketing team's daily operations.
* Engage regularly with management, internal stakeholders across various functions and vendors.
* Campaign ideation, creation and management.
* Oversee and manage the company's social media presence (specifically LinkedIn).
* Assist with promotions, digital advertising, and creative campaigns.
* Content creation, including eDMs, landing pages, social media posts, and other marketing collateral.
* Play a key role in ideating, shaping, and executing marketing initiatives that support the growth of the hedge fund business.
* Support the team in the end-to-end production and promotion of 26 Degrees' Fireside Chat series.
* Play a key role in the planning and execution of Capital Introduction events (both in-person and online).
* Maintain and improve the design and take-to-market of various lead generation and client acquisition campaigns.
* Engage with and utilise marketing CRM platform HubSpot to better achieve marketing performance.
* Support the Prime Services and Hedge Fund Sales teams in delivering on the strategic revenue focused objectives of the company.
* Ensure all sales and marketing activities are conducted in accordance with the relevant regulatory obligations and company policies and procedures.
* Represent the Company at various events as required.
About you
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing/Business/Economics/Finance or similar is essential.
* 5+ years of experience in financial services, preferably in a similar Hedge Fund Marketing role.
* Experience in B2B channels preferred.
* High level of competency in CRM's Salesforce and HubSpot.
* High level of competency in LinkedIn advertising.
* Experience with WordPress.
* Experience with HTML, CSS preferred.
* Advanced or Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
* Experience with Google Marketing Suite including Ads, Analytics and Tag Manager.
* Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) preferred.
