Pearl Home Care is looking for a roster coordinator to operate across its Geelong and Ballarat regions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and manage rosters for support workers to meet client needs.
* Coordinate shift changes, replacements, and emergency cover as required.
* Match support workers with clients based on skills, availability, and preferences.
* Communicate roster updates promptly to staff and clients.
* Maintain accurate data in rostering systems for payroll and billing purposes.
* Provide excellent customer service to clients, families, and staff and be the first point of contact when the phone rings.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in rostering or scheduling, ideally in aged care or disability support.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
* Proficiency in rostering software (e.g., Visual Care or other software).
* Knowledge of the SAH Programme and consumer-directed care principles.
Essential Requirements
* Current National Police Check.
* COVID-19 Vaccination (as per government requirements).
* Strong computer literacy and data entry skills.
* Strong MS Office skills.
