Main Responsibilities:
* Financial Compliance (SOX): Ensure accurate reporting, correct approvals, and clear documentation for monthly project reviews.
* Operational Partnerships: Work with operational units to maintain activities in line with compliance expectations.
* Project Management Capability SharePoint Site: Administer and develop the site to support project management needs.
* Business Management System: Establish and maintain this system to ensure smooth operations.
* Change Management Plan: Support delivery of the PM Capability Change Management Plan and assist with team priorities.
* Project Improvement Opportunities: Identify opportunities across units to enhance project outcomes.
* Documentation and Filing: Manage documentation, version control, and Defence-standard filing practices.
* Meetings and Reviews: Coordinate meetings, workshops, and reviews, including agenda creation and action tracking.
* Stakeholder Updates: Prepare briefs, status updates, and dashboards to inform stakeholders.
* Risk and Issue Monitoring: Track registers for risks, issues, actions, and decisions.
* Project Manager Support: Assist project managers with planning and scheduling tasks.
* Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless interactions.
* Capability Enablement: Contribute to Project Management Capability Enablement across KBR Australia Defence & Security Solutions.
Requirements:
* Baseline Security Clearance: Hold or be eligible to hold a security clearance.
* Defence Experience: Previous experience in the Defence sector (preferred, not essential).
* Understanding of Defence Project Lifecycles: Familiarity with Defence project lifecycles and governance frameworks.
* Microsoft Office Skills: High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Organisational and Attention to Detail: Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Collaborative Attitude: Demonstrate a collaborative attitude, alignment with company values, and a positive energy level.
