Hays has partnered with a leading Toowoomba based law, with offices in Oakey, Crows Nest and Toowoomba seeking a Legal Secretary on a permanent full-time basis.
**Your new role**
Join a highly successful team as their Legal Secretary, performing the following functions:
- Transcribe and proofread legal documents
- File, organise, scan, copy and fax legal documents
- Schedule court depositions, hearings and other meetings
- Make travel arrangements for solicitors
- Process third party and vendor invoices
- File documents with the court ahead of deadlines
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Self-motivation and demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture.
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Be resilient, flexible; with excellent time-management/organisational abilities.
- "C" Class driving licence
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, highly desirable
