**About the Role**
- Support the maintenance of the Group Compliance Mandatory Training Framework
- Assist with change management activities for group compliance led initiatives and projects for mandatory training
- Develop, review and embed policies, standards and procedures
- Secretarial duties for committee meetings
- Assist with global regulatory change
- Provide information, advice and support on compliance policy and issues to ensure internal stakeholders are informed and aware of key issues
- Degree in law/business/commerce
- 2 years compliance and/or risk management experience is essential, ideally within insurance
- Understanding of the global regulatory environment
- Strong report writing skills / intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
