We are currently building our talent network for upcoming contract opportunities across a wide range of industries in NSW, including Infrastructure, Manufacturing, FMCG, and Government. We're looking for talented individuals with proven experience in senior procurement and contract management roles.
As a Senior Procurement Officer, you will typically be responsible for:
* Developing and executing end-to-end sourcing strategies across various categories.
* Leading high-value tender processes, from RFTs to vendor selection and negotiation.
* Analyzing market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and strategic partnerships.
* Managing supplier relationships and performance to ensure quality and value for money.
As a Senior Contracts Officer, you will typically be responsible for:
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial contracts and agreements.
* Managing the contract lifecycle from award to close-out, including variations and claims.
* Ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal policy frameworks.
* Providing expert advice and guidance on contractual matters to internal stakeholders.
