The role
You will be engaging with decision makers and champions within prospective accounts to identify and secure a role for GoCardless as a payment provider. This will involve working with various departments, from finance and engineering to marketing and procurement; identifying pains, building value and a clear business case; securing a commercial arrangement; and ensuring a successful delivery. * Evidence of repeated success with complex solutions and exceeding quota.
* Experience selling to CxO and other stakeholders.
* You have exposure to and put into practice sales methodology such as MEDDPIC, Miller Heiman, or Complex Selling
* You're able to take passionately about our solutions and what GoCardless offers our customers
* A consultative style and the ability to become a trusted advisor
* Even better, you have experience within Payments and/or SaaS selling into verticals such as Energy, Insurance, Telco, SaaS, Gyms and Fitness and other industries where B2C and B2B payments and significant
