Finance Manager | Construction | Western Sydney (5 days on site) | $140,000-$170,000 Super A well-established, construction business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to take full ownership of its finance function. Operating across a diverse portfolio of projects within live environments, the business has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality outcomes across government and private sector clients. This is a hands-on leadership role offering genuine scope, autonomy, and a clear pathway into a Financial Controller position. The Opportunity Reporting directly to the CFO, you will lead a small finance team and act as a key commercial partner to senior stakeholders. This role is ideal for a current Finance Manager looking to step into a broader remit with real influence across the business.
