Responsibilities
* Engagement and enrolment of TtW participants, ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met
* Business development and marketing of our courses to prospective TtW participants, ensuring maximum referrals and enrolments
* Conduct Reverse Marketing, telemarketing, and Cold Calling activities to generate sustainable education opportunities
* Meet monthly Education placement and outcome targets as detailed in the KPI Quarterly Agreement
* Provide quality post placement support that establishes effective relationships with TtW participants and Training Providers
* Liaise effectively with trainers and training coordinator to ensure the required attendance of participants is high and reschedule any participants who need further training to achieve education completions
* Reviewing participants assessment documentation as needed and providing assistance as required
* Identifying LLN requirements of TtW participants and conveying support needs as required to trainers and training staff
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable
* Experience with electronic Document Management systems is desirable
To Be Considered
* Have full Australian working rights
* Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
* Have (or be able to pass) a Working with Children Check
* Have (or be willing to set up) a MyGovID account
