Responsibilities
* Engagement and enrolment of TtW participants, ensuring that all documentation and compliance requirements are met;
* Business development and marketing of our courses to prospective TtW participants, ensuring maximum referrals and enrolments;
* Conduct Reverse Marketing, telemarketing, and Cold Calling activities to generate sustainable education opportunities;
* Meet monthly Education placement and outcome targets as detailed in the KPI Quarterly Agreement
* Provide quality post placement support that establishes effective relationships with TtW participants and Training Providers;
* Liaise effectively with trainers and training coordinator to ensure the required attendance of participants is high and reschedule any participants who need further training to achieve education completions;
* Reviewing participants assessment documentation as needed and providing assistance as required;
* Identifying LLN requirements of TtW participants and conveying support needs as required to trainers and training staff
Qualifications / Requirements
* Previous experience in a similar role is desirable;
* Experience with electronic Document Management systems is desirable;
* A satisfactory National Police Check and a current Working With Children Check;
* Highly developed verbal and written communication skills;
* A willingness to work across the Greater Perth Metro Region;
* Current and valid driver's licence insurance;
* Ability to prioritise, organise and complete work within established deadlines, and to maintain a consistent level of professionalism.
* An ability to work effectively within a busy team environment, and also to work unsupervised.
* Strong client focus and genuine desire to assist team members.
* A proactive approach to resolving queries and problems.
* A can-do attitude, flexible and mature approach to work tasks, and a willingness to learn.
