Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the Design Leader in realizing client briefs
* Undertake the production of projects in accordance with client briefs
* Provide technical support on drawings and documentation
* Work closely with the design team in reviewing and evolving project ideas and assist in resolving complex design issues
* Communicate effectively through sketches, 3D visualizations, and technical drawings
* Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, including cross-checking drawings and Revit models
* Be willing to be hands-on and work across the DA/CD documentation stages when required
* Respond to project correspondence as directed by the Project Leader but also take initiative where possible
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 6-10 years of experience (or equivalent) working in the Architecture field
* A Master's Degree in Architecture
* Strong skills in Revit (Dynamo experience advantageous)
* Proficiency in Rhino, including Grasshopper
* Solid knowledge of the Adobe suite, particularly InDesign and Photoshop
* Enscape skills and additional rendering software programs, e.g., Vray
* Demonstrate expertise in concept design to design development
* Demonstrate technical knowledge of project delivery requirements
* Local BCA standards and regulation knowledge essential
* Ability to mentor and guide less experienced team members
