The Position
* Plan, supervise,monitorand evaluate the food production and menu-based catering across retail, boarding, functions & events.
* Successfully manage,mentor and develop both front an back of house teams.
* Deliver to our client's high expectations of a premium experience.
* Maintaining a high standard of food hygiene & allergy awareness controls.
* Building and leveraging positive client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
* Manage finances within a budget & maintain efficient operations.
* Ensure contract compliance is met and understanding of the scope of work required (including all OH&S compliance).
The Person
* 3 years minimum leadership experience is essential.
* Thorough understanding of allergens and HACCAP.
* Experience with full P&L Management, and commercial knowledge.
* Strong people management skills & ability to deliver a high standard of customer focused service (this is also a client facing role).
* Contract management experience (highly regarded).
* Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills.
