The Role We're looking for a Sous Chef who's calm, capable, and enjoys being part of a strong team. Someone who takes pride in their section, enjoys a busy breakfast and lunch service, and values structure and consistency.
You'll mostly be on the pans — running service, supporting the Head Chef, and guiding the junior team. There's room to be creative with daily specials, and you'll have the confidence of working in a well-run, stable, and respected kitchen.
