We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Strategy & Management Consultant to join our foundational team. In this pivotal role, you will shape our strategic direction, optimize our operations, and directly contribute to our mission of fostering global economic growth.
What You'll Do:
- Strategic Advisory: Collaborate closely with senior leadership to define, adapt, and execute strategies that drive large-scale commercial activities and global trade initiatives.
- Operational Enhancement: Analyze existing business structures, workflows, and systems to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in facilitating major transactions and international commerce.
- Insight Generation: Conduct in-depth data analysis, market research, and economic trend analysis to produce independent reports and actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making and promote economic development.
- Solution Design & Implementation: Develop detailed proposals for organizational improvements, recommending strategic changes and technology solutions (including ERP systems and emerging technologies) to enhance our operational efficiency and scalability. Assist with the implementation and monitoring of these initiatives.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work effectively with internal teams, external partners, and key stakeholders to align strategic initiatives with business priorities, translating complex strategic concepts into clear plans.
- Project Leadership: Lead or support strategic projects from diagnostics to delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and effective management of workstreams.
- Business Growth: Actively identify new business potential and opportunities to expand our reach and impact in large-scale trade and economic promotion.
What You Bring:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience in management consulting or internal strategy roles, ideally within a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate complex data and challenges into clear, actionable recommendations.
- High-level communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing senior leaders and building strong relationships.
- A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational and project management capabilities.
- Experience working with data and reporting tools to inform business decisions.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and thriving in dynamic environments.
- A passion for leveraging strategic insights to drive significant economic impact and foster international commerce.

Pay: From $157,722.81 per year
