Due to expanding growth, experienced Industrial Blasters & Painters are required to join our team. This role involves carrying out abrasive blasting and applying protective coatings on structural steel and plant equipment, ensuring all surface preparation and coating standards are met to a high level.
Responsibilities
Perform abrasive blasting and industrial painting to specification
Apply protective coatings using brush, roller, and spray techniques
Prepare surfaces according to coating and blasting standards
Operate and maintain blasting and painting equipment
Work safely at heights and in confined spaces
Follow site safety protocols, permits, and environmental controls
Read and interpret job cards, data sheets, and work instructions
Complete basic QA checks and report findings as required
Collaborate with supervisors and trades across a high-performing team
About You – Successful Applicants Will Have
Minimum 3–5 years’ trade experience in blasting and painting
Working at Heights certification (within the last 2 years)
Confined Space Entry certification (within the last 2 years)
High-Risk Work Licences – LF and WP (desirable)
Current driver's licence
Ability to pass pre-employment medical and site-based requirements
