The Harvey Norman** Preston** Technology and Entertainment Team is seeking a passionate, customer service-focused Operator to join us in delivering Great Service, Always! to our customers. As a Sales support person, you'll not only support our customers with life-at-home solutions but also play a vital role in enhancing their in-store experience by assisting with various tasks across the store.
**Your Role: As part of our team you'll be responsible for**:
- Delivering top-notch customer service
- Managing the photo centre operations
- Handling ticketing and merchandising - Processing finance and Optus contracts
- Providing general sales support and problem-solving on the sales floor
**To be successful you must**:
- Have a passion for retail
- Be highly motivated and results driven person with outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team environment
