Systems Integration Lab Manager Job Description
The Systems Integration Lab Manager is responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of a Systems Integration Lab (SIL). This role will ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the SIL, including its network, infrastructure, and business applications.
* Develop, implement, and maintain lab procedures, processes, and best practices to enable efficient and effective testing of software and hardware.
* Ensure the lab environment meets all safety, security, and compliance standards, including data security, access control, and disaster recovery protocols.
* Control the acquisition, storage, distribution, movement, and disposal of SIL assets.
This position requires close collaboration with Defence business areas and industry partners to ensure the SIL is secure, stable, and fit for purpose.
