The Role
As a Property Buyer's Agent at DDP Property, you'll help clients secure high-performing residential investment properties. You'll work directly with clients to understand their goals and budgets, research ideal properties, negotiate with selling agents, and guide them through to successful settlement.
Your Responsibilities Include:
* Conducting detailed client consultations to understand investment goals and criteria.
* Researching, analysing, and sourcing suitable properties across Australia.
* Providing expert advice on market trends, pricing, and negotiation strategies.
* Negotiating offers and contracts on behalf of clients.
* Coordinating with brokers, inspectors, and solicitors to ensure seamless transactions.
* Managing the client journey from introduction through to settlement.
About You
We're looking for professionals who:
* Have proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or Property Buyer's Agent.
* Hold a valid real estate licence or certificate of registration.
* Are confident negotiators with strong market knowledge.
* Have excellent communication and client relationship skills.
* Are self‐motivated, organised, and detail‐oriented.
* Can thrive in a high‐energy, target‐driven environment.
* Are comfortable using CRM and property research tools (e.g., RP Data, PriceFinder).
