We are looking for a shop assistant who is also passionate about providing exceptional care and developing quality relationships with our current and new customers.
You must be available to work rotating weekends
In this role you will:
* Provide qualified health advice to customers
* Recommend vitamins and health food products
* Assist with over the counter and phone sales
* Maintain product presentation and inventory levels
Qualifications in naturopathy or nutrition would be highly regarded as would health store/retail experience. You will possess:
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Empathy and strong desire to help others
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Ability to work well in a team and autonomously
* Warm, friendly and positive attitude
