Our client is seeking a highly capable and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level executive, accounts, and operational support to senior leaders while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

About your new role
This is a high-impact EA role suited to someone who enjoys working closely with Directors, taking ownership, improving systems, and contributing to business performance.
You will operate as a trusted support partner to leadership, while also playing a key role in project and business administration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-level Executive Assistant support to Directors, including diary, inbox, and meeting coordination
* Assist with project accounting using UniPhi, including invoice and supporting documentation preparation
* Support tenders and proposals, including preparation of documentation and contract administration support
* Assist with procurement processes and drafting of tender documentation
* Support operational and project delivery contract administration activities
* Maintain and update timesheet templates and project data within financial control systems
* Contribute to improving internal systems, workflows, and business processes
* Support collaboration and planning activities to ensure Director priorities and deliverables run smoothly
* Adhere to Quality Management System requirements and company compliance frameworks
* Undertake additional duties aligned with capability and role scope
Skills & Experience
* 3+ years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a senior executive support role
* Strong experience supporting senior leaders in operational or professional services environments
* Demonstrated exposure to accounts coordination (AR/AP, invoicing, debtor follow-up)
* Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
* High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
* Strong project coordination and stakeholder engagement capability
* Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and solve problems proactively
* Experience coordinating or guiding admin teams is highly regarded
* Experience in consulting, engineering, or project-based environments desirable
