* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the long-term marketing roadmap, outlining key growth milestones and capability building to support brand evolution.
* Lead and manage a small team of developers to ensure timely and effective delivery of brand initiatives.
* Take ownership of the brand's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and reputation management across multiple channels.
* Ensure brand consistency across all content and communications.
* Design and run A/B tests to improve customer journeys and increase conversion rates.
* Develop and implement reputation management strategies, responding to customer feedback and ensuring the brand maintains a positive image.
* Plan and manage social media campaigns, creating engaging content that drives customer interaction and supports business growth.
* Regularly analyse brand performance and adapt strategies as needed to optimise results.
* Own the reporting and analysis of performance, providing regular insights and actionable recommendations.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, ideally within a fast-paced, consumer-facing industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a cross-functional team.
* Excellent understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, loyalty and reputation management.
* Proven experience in developing long-term marketing strategies and roadmaps.
* Experience with digital marketing tools and systems.
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience in working closely with developers to drive brand-centric web development projects.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
