Business Development Manager
We are seeking a Branch Supervisor to support and lead our local team, ensuring the delivery of our Customer First philosophy.
This role involves:
* Leading, coaching and mentoring a team of Customer Service Officers and Warehouse team members
* Effectively managing site pick and pack, local manufacturing and customer specific testing work
* Building engaging relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders during every interaction
* Actively driving employee engagement and improvement using feedback, data analysis and action planning
* Managing all safety objectives including training for staff and reporting to senior leaders
You will be well supported with a team of technical experts.
