Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of daily operations, ensuring the centre meets and exceeds National Quality Framework (NQF) standards, with consistent alignment to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Build and sustain a team culture defined by trust, transparency, and professional growth
Foster strong partnerships with families, engaging them as collaborators in their child\'s learning journey
Strengthen the service\'s local profile and reputation, supporting ongoing enrolment growth
Champion continuous quality improvement, embedding reflection and innovation into everyday practice
Ideal qualifications
A Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
Minimum two years of Centre Manager (or higher) experience in a long day care setting
A collaborative leadership style that uplifts and empowers
A strong grasp of the NQF, compliance, and safety regulations
A growth mindset, confident coaching skills, and a genuine commitment to educator development
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels
Community engagement experience, with the confidence to represent the centre locally
