Lasseters Hotel Casino is seeking a highly observant and professional Surveillance Operator to join our team. This role plays a critical part in protecting our gaming licence, assets, staff, and guests by monitoring casino operations and ensuring compliance with legislation and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities
* Monitor Electronic Gaming, Table Games, TAB and Keno operations via CCTV
* Identify irregular, suspicious, or non-compliant activity
* Support investigations and provide accurate reporting
* Ensure compliance with gaming legislation and internal controls
* Liaise with Security, Gaming Supervisors, and Management
* Maintain strict confidentiality at all times
What We're Looking For
* Experience in surveillance, security, gaming, or compliance environments
* Strong observational and analytical skills
* Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
* Professional presentation and high integrity
* Ability to work across a 24/7 roster including nights and weekends
