Senior Wellbeing Lead
As a Senior Wellbeing Lead, you will spearhead a dedicated team in supporting individuals affected by mental illness, psychological distress, and addiction. You will draw on your lived experience of recovery to guide your team and provide intentional peer support. Your leadership skills and passion for the role will help build capacity within the workforce, participants, and community.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic guidance, coaching, and supervision to a team of peer workers.
* Meet key performance indicators.
* Deliver high-quality peer support.
* Offer one-on-one service navigation and care planning.
* Develop capacity within the workforce, participants, and community.
* Support engagement with clinical resources.
* Carry a small caseload of participants as needed.
Requirements:
* Lived experience of mental distress and recovery.
* Cert IV/Diploma in Peer Work, Mental Health, AOD, or related field.
* Two years of mental health experience as a peer worker.
* National Police Check.
* Current Working with Children Check – employment.
* NDIS Workers Screening check.
* Evidence of right to work in Australia.
* 100 points of identification.
* NDIS Workers Orientation module certificate – free online course.
