Kempe Engineering has been delivering mechanical maintenance to Tier 1 iron ore operations in the Pilbara for over 25 years — with zero lost time injuries in 20 of those years. We're not labour hire. We employ our people directly and build teams that stick together.
We're building a Perth-based FIFO team and looking for experienced tradespeople who want ongoing, regular casual work — not the usual cycle of waiting by the phone for the next shutdown call.
Roles: Boilermakers and Fitters

Qualifications
You'll need a recognised mechanical trade qualification and the right to work in Australia. For Advanced roles, minimum 5 years' post‐trade experience. Existing Pilbara inductions are a bonus but not essential.
