About the role
This role is responsible for the end-to-end coordination of trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and customer engagement activities, ensuring events are delivered on time, on budget and aligned to broader marketing and business development objectives. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to manage logistics, budgets and timelines, while ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
In addition to event delivery, the role provides broader marketing support across campaigns, collateral and digital content, acting as a key link between group marketing and local business units globally. It's a hands-on role suited to a confident event professional who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable managing multiple stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
* Lead the end-to-end delivery of global and Australian-based events, including trade shows, exhibitions, conferences and customer engagements
* Develop and execute event plans aligned to marketing and business development objectives, including risk and contingency planning
* Manage event budgets, timelines and suppliers, with clear reporting on outcomes and ROI
* Coordinate logistics, sponsorships and vendor relationships across domestic and international events
* Maintain a global events calendar and integrate events into broader marketing strategies
* Provide marketing support across campaigns, collateral and digital content, working with internal designers and external suppliers
* Ensure brand consistency across all events and marketing activities
* Act as a key point of contact for marketing support across global business units
* Prepare budgets, reports and documentation to support effective event delivery
About you
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related discipline
* 3-5 years' experience delivering events, ideally in a global or B2B environment
* Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
* Solid understanding of marketing principles and brand management
* Highly organised, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)
* Willingness to travel as required
