We are seeking an experienced Yard Operator to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven Logistics team.
The Role
As a Yard Operator, you will marshal water tanks, load and unload goods from delivery trucks, and maintain the safety of the yard.
About You:
* 5 years+ in a similar job, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry
* 5 years+ loading and unloading freight, trucks, and containers
* 1 year+ in operating a forklift
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent relationship-building skills with peer teams
* Ability to make pro-active decisions
* Strong customer focus with a high degree of confidence and professionalism
* Aligned with our Values of Integrity, Accountability, Innovation, Teamwork, and Courage
* Cooperate with and support the compliance management system
* Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations
* Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audit
