In this role, you'll :
* Be working as part of an exciting new team to establish a Bus Regulatory Transformation Program.
* The Bus Compliance Advisor is a key role responsible for contributing to the transformation of existing policies and the development of new policies through the provision of effective regulatory advice.
* Lead reviews into current compliance and assurance programs and carry out assessments to ensure all current and future programs address Bus Taskforce improvement recommendations and are aligned with broader business objectives.
* Advise and guide the organisation about best practices, apply expert knowledge and experience, and deliver compliance and assurance programs for buses that align with program objectives and drive organisational maturity uplift.
Please note that this is a temporary fixed term role up until 17 / 02 / 2027.
About you
* You will bring your regulatory, audit, compliance and assurance experience to ensure all current and future programs address Bus Taskforce improvement recommendations.
* With a high level of integrity and professionalism, you demonstrate extensive experience implementing modern governance, and enterprise risk management practices.
* Collaboration is one of your strengths as you will work closely with key internal stakeholders to gather requirements that inform the design of future compliance and assurance programs for buses.
* You understand how to navigate the sensitivities of operating within a highly visible organisation that may be subject to high levels of media and public attention.
* You have strong interpersonal skills, are comfortable working with stakeholders across all levels of the business, and have demonstrated the ability to lead conversations with leaders and provide advice and direction.
