About the Opportunity
As a Project Delivery Officer within our Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority (SDPRIA), you will be responsible for performing a range of planning, coordination and implementation activities to support and enable the successful delivery of ICT projects.
The Project Coordinator will work with the Project Management team to support delivery of projects within the PMMS governance framework, this includes developing project plans, monitoring and tracking progress, and contributing to the identification of risks and issue resolution.

In this role, you will:

* Monitor project deliverables to ensure time, cost, quality and compliance objectives are met.
* Manage risks, issues and assurance activities, escalating matters to support successful outcomes.
* Prepare clear and accurate project documentation, reports, briefs and presentation materials.
* Support Project Managers through research, analysis and application of project and change frameworks

About You

We are looking for someone who:

* Relevant qualifications and/or practical experience using recognised project management methodologies across large or complex projects.
* Strong experience supporting project planning, coordination and implementation activities.
* Demonstrated capability in developing and maintaining project documentation, plans, reports, and risk, issue, schedule and financial registers.

* This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
* To be eligible for this role you must have current Australian work rights (Australian citizen, permanent resident, New Zealand citizen with a current passport, or hold a valid visa with permission to work in Australia).
* Successful candidates may be required to complete multiple virtual Epic training sessions and Epic orientation, all scheduled in U.S. time.
* 'Exempt' is defined as a fixed term contract with a length greater than 13 weeks.
