As an Experienced Site Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our construction projects are completed on time, within budget and to the highest standards.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Benchmarking and exceeding project goals
* Maintaining site safety and cleanliness
* Ensuring correct building practices and procedures are adhered to at all times
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A QBCC Building Supervisors licence held for minimum 12 months
* A Construction Induction Safety Certificate (White Card)
* Trade/Construction background with strong leadership skills
* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple teams of sub-contractors effectively
* Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to deliver high-quality work products consistently
